Access to the property is via an elevator that comes directly from the street or garage and stops on each of the top two floors.
The main and entertainment lounge enters out onto the spacious patio and pool area, the sound system extends to the patio. This is the perfect al-fresco entertainment spot, equipped with gas barbeque, comfortable couches and reclining chairs. The pool is electrically heated.
Fully-retractable sliding doors offer 180-degree Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain views leading to patio and pool area. The lounge has a gas fireplace and lovely wooden floors. Luxurious velvet couches and wonderful art and artefacts from the owners overseas travels enhance the room.

The large open-plan kitchen comes fitted with a catering size oven, gas and electric stove, convection microwave, double fridge and double freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and coffee machine. A large working space ensures effortless entertaining.

BEDROOM ONE : The expansive main bedroom has a king size bed and marvelous sea views. It has a large twin en-suite bathroom (with shower, bath, bidet, heated towel rails) hairdryer, safe, dressing room, underfloor heating and satellite TV. Tall sliding doors lead out to a private garden. Antiques from India enhance the room.

BEDROOM TWO: The 2nd bedroom comes fitted with king size bed, en-suite bathroom (with bath, shower and heated towel rail) hairdryer, underfloor heating, satellite TV and Sound System. The 2nd bedroom also leads out to a private garden with beautiful sea views

BEDROOM THREE : The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom (bath, shower and heated towel rail), underfloor heating, hairdryer, desk, satellite TV and sound system, with own private courtyard.

Butler and housecleaning services from Monday to Friday included, a Damage / Breakage deposit of Zar 5.000 is requested in cash only upon arrival and refunded on departure provided no damages occur .

Camps Bay, best sea sides within Cape Town, a trendy village, ten minutes from the centre of one of the world’s most beautiful cities, Cape Town.

Set against the impressive backdrop of the Twelve Apostles mountain range, Camps Bay beach is one of Cape Town’s largest and most beautiful beaches. Perfect for sunbathing and its open flatness means that team activities like Frisbee and social beach volleyball can also be enjoyed by the more active visitors. The sea, due to Camps Bay’s protected position in the bay, is quite calm and good for swimming. At the southern end, you will find a tidal pool. The northern part is great for surfing.
Fine restaurants and funky cocktail bars.A few metres from the beachfront, the distinctive Theatre on the Bay showcases local and international cabaret, drama and musical performances. Enjoy cool walks along the beach front with open views across the Atlantic, Table Mountain and the bay.

Check in times

This property is only available for a minimum stay of seven nights. Check-in times are normally from 14:00 to 20:00 hrs and check-out is by 10:00 hrs however should the property not be booked on your departure day, understanding your flight may be in the evening, owner will allow you to stay 'till early afternoon.

Getting around

Public transport in South Africa is not as well established as foreign visitors may be accustomed to. While this is constantly being improved, make sure that your transport arrangements are taken care of before you travel, to ensure a stress-free holiday!

If you decide to rent a car, there are many car hire companies from whom luxury to budget cars are available for hire. Or consider hiring a camper for a self-drive vacation or "do" South Africa in a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
Remember that vehicles in South Africa are right hand drive and travel on the left hand side of the road. You will require an international drivers license and a minimum of 5 years experience. Public roads in South Africa are well developed and well sign-posted.
