Merridew is a large Camps Bay villa that easily sleeps 12 people in 6 bedrooms making it an ideal villa for a large group of friends or family.

Centrally located in Camps Bay, Merridew is within walking distance of Camps Bay beach, the buzzing Camps Bay strip with its choice of restaurants and bars, as well as various shops.

The walls of Merridew are decorated with local art and the bedrooms are decorated with tasteful ethnic prints. A spacious open-plan living area with stylish, modern furnishings lends itself to easy holiday living as meal times, relaxing and socialising flow together. Glass doors open onto the large covered balcony where guests can entertain, enjoy an alfresco meal, have a relaxed barbeque around the built in braai/bbq and look out over the swimming pool towards the sea beyond the rooftops of Camps Bay.

A second, smaller lounge downstairs opens onto the paved swimming pool area with its many sun-loungers. Guests can relax around the swimming pool, catching a tan or reading a book under the shade of the poolside gazebo. Families will enjoy having the space, the large swimming pool and separate lounges, each with their own flat screen TV.

TOP LEVEL: Merridew has a large open-plan living area that flows onto the covered balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and sea views. Kitchen – Stylish granite topped kitchen with all the modern conveniences including two ovens. The scullery has two dishwashers, washing machine and dryer, discreetly tucked around the corner. Dining Area - A 6-seater dining table. Lounge – Various leather couches arranged around a coffee table and flat screen TV with sea views. Bedroom - En-suite bathroom and twin beds. It has a door onto the balcony and a sea view. Bedroom – Double bed and sea view. Bedroom – Double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bathroom – With shower and bath. Guest Toilet.
