Accommodation : Winding along the Cape Peninsula in South Africa are some of the most spectacular beaches in the world, and none finer than the Blouberg Beach. This is where you will find the OCEAN WAVES Holiday Apartment, where modern sophistication and spectacular surroundings combine to offer a world of serenity.
The self catering apartment sleeps maximum 4 persons and is situated on the first floor of a new residential building (built in 2008) sea facing with large terrace and sea views. Stylishly and modernly furnished it has 2 entrances one just outside the lift door on 1st floor and second entrance from outdoor into double bedded room. The double bed room and the twin bedroom which has bunk beds, share ( en suite ) a large bathroom which comprises of a bath tub, shower cubicle, wash basin and Wc. The living area has sliding doors onto the sea facing terrace and an open plan granite kitchen well equipped with electric Cesar cooker and oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, ironing facilities. Bedroom and bathroom linen is supplied as well as beach towels.
The following are available, free of charge to all tenants : basement enclosed parking ( 1 car per apartment ), vast outdoor / ground floor area with stone built Bbqs, indoor Gym with heated swimming pool, squash court, out door swimming pool / not heated but sea facing, private descent to the beach.
Cleaning service is not included, however there is a coin operated communal laundry room in the building, and should you require full cleaning / servicing of the apartment during your stay, this can be requested with the owner and the charge is ZAR 300.
Barbecue - flat screen cable TV in living room.

Days can be spent basking in the sun, swimming, wind and kite surfing, or walking along the uninterrupted beach of Bloubergstrand / North Coast Cape Town.
There are two golf Estates nearby : The Milnerton Golf Course 8 Km and Atlantic Beach golf Estate 10 Km.
About 18 Km to the closest Wine Farm and wine tours can be done spontaneously and about 30 Km. from Cape Town centre and Water-Front.
Driving distance from the Cape Safari Game Reserve (+ - 90 Km) where you can book a Day Safari and be picked up and dropped back at your premises !
Check in times
This property is only available for a minimum stay of seven nights. Check-in times are normally from 14:00 to 20:00 hrs and check-out is by 10:00 hrs however should the property not be booked on your departure day, understanding your flight may be in the evening, owner will allow you to stay 'till early afternoon.
Getting around
Public transport in South Africa is not as well established as foreign visitors may be accustomed to. While this is constantly being improved, make sure that your transport arrangements are taken care of before you travel, to ensure a stress-free holiday!
If you decide to rent a car, there are many car hire companies from whom luxury to budget cars are available for hire. Or consider hiring a camper for a self-drive vacation or "do" South Africa in a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
Remember that vehicles in South Africa are right hand drive and travel on the left hand side of the road. You will require an international drivers license and a minimum of 5 years experience. Public roads in South Africa are well developed and well sign-posted.
