Palms Cottage is an established yet recently renovated 2 bedroom holiday cottage, perfect for a family or two couples. This is a cosy, beautifully appointed vacation house with comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Situated in the Bloubergrand quiet residential area, it is only a few minutes walk away from stunning views of the picture postcard beaches of Bloubergstrand with their backdrop of Table Mountain and Lions Head.

Accommodation : Off road parking with independent entrance, Palms Cottage shares a tastefully landscaped tree-lined indigenous African garden and s. pool with very welcoming, discrete, hospitable owners – young couple with a 7 year old daughter. The interior of the cottage is superbly furnished in African style art and has every comfort. Entrance is from the garden into large living / dining room with Satellite Tv, open plan well equipped kitchen, cooker with 4 electric rings, electric oven, fridge, microwave.
The 2 Queen size, en-suite double bedrooms have doors onto a furnished balcony o/looking the garden.
En-suite bathroom in the master bedroom has both a bath tub and separate shower, while the second bedroom has en-suite shower room. Hair driers in both bathrooms.
A private, paved furnished courtyard is accessed from the second bedroom and has a portable Bbq.

The Cottage is serviced twice weekly with the change of linen, there is no washing machine at Palms Cottage, however you may ask friendly owner’s maid to do your washing for a small fee.

Barbecue - Heating in living room and master bedroom - Cable TV in living room.

Days can be spent basking in the sun, swimming, wind and kite surfing, or walking along the uninterrupted beach of Bloubergstrand - North Coast of Cape Town.

Cape Town City is only 15 mins drive where you can visit the V&A Waterfront, the Two Oceans Aquarium, but don't miss Greenmarket Square ( between Short and Long Market street ) a favoured and much-loved attraction for many Capetonians. Fantastic opportunity to purchase a wide range of items such as arts and crafts, fabrics, clothing, sandals, jewellery and the like from just about any part of the world, the value for money on these items is also quite incredible making it immensely popular amongst bargain shoppers in particular.
There are two golf Estates nearby : The Milnerton Golf Course 10 Km and Atlantic Beach golf Estate 8 Km.
About 18 Km to the closest Wine Farm and wine tours can be done spontaneously.
Driving distance from the Cape Safari Game Reserve ( + - 90 Km ) where you can book a Day Safari and be picked up and dropped back at your premises !

Bookings / Payments : Within option expiry date 50 % deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations and Curtailments by the Client : Once payment is received and a voucher (Booking Confirmation) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:

This vacation property is only available for a minimum stay of seven nights. Check-in times are normally from 14:00 to 20:00 hrs and check-out is by 10:00 hrs however should the property not be booked on your departure day, understanding your flight may be in the evening, owner will allow you to stay 'till early afternoon.

Public transport in South Africa is not as well established as foreign visitors may be accustomed to. While this is constantly being improved, make sure that your transport arrangements are taken care of before you travel, to ensure a stress-free holiday!
If you decide to rent a car, there are many car hire companies from whom luxury to budget cars are available for hire. Or consider hiring a camper for a self-drive vacation or "do" South Africa in a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
Remember that vehicles in South Africa are right hand drive and travel on the left hand side of the road. You will require an international drivers license and a minimum of 5 years experience. Public roads in South Africa are well developed and well sign-posted.
