Beach front self-catering two bedroom 100 sqm apartment on the 14th floor of a residdential building, magnificiently situated on the beach at Bloubergstrand within 80 m from the sea / white sandy beach... Wind and Kite surfers this is your playground! Superbly located, you can watch your children playing on the beach and in the rock pools while sitting in the apartment. It must be one of the few apartments in the world where you can sit in the lounge or lie in bed and watch dolphins and whales (in season May to November).

Accommodation : The lounge/dining room and main bedroom have large windows that face the sea and offer spectacular views of Table Mountain, Robben Island, Table bay, Blaauberg Mountain, the Tygerberg hills, Durbanville Winelands and wine route, African sunsets over the Atlantic ocean as well as the city lights at night.
The Views A holiday apartment is accessed from the ground floor spacious enclosed parking area into a lobby and with a lift.
Entrance into a corridor to the left separate fully equipped kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, electric four ring cooker, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle etc…, spacious bright stylishly furnished living room / dining room with single sleeper couch and picture windows onto the most breathtaking views of the Cape.
Double bedroom with large window with views of the sea, beach and Table Mountain, Twin bedroom and large bathroom with bath tub plus shower cubicle.

The complex offers a laundry room on the ground floor with coin operated washing machines for all guests / tenants.

The large grounds and garden of the building are fully enclosed with communal Bbq area as well as ample parking and clothes drying area.Children under the age of two are welcome and cot can be booked at no extra charge.

Property is not serviced during your stay, however should you require cleaning, this can be requested directly with owner, extra cost payable locally of Zar 300. Bedroom and bathroom linen as well as beach towels are supplied.

The complex is only 5 minutes drive from 2 large shopping malls, many beachfront restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. It is approximately 20 minutes drive from the V&A Waterfront and the centre of Cape Town and is also close to the main freeways making easy access to the Wine routes, the Cape West Coast and other scenic and historic attractions.

About 18 Km to the closest Wine Farm and wine tours can be done spontaneously.
Driving distance from the Cape Safari Game Reserve ( + - 90 Km ) where you can book a Day Safari and be picked up and dropped back at your premises !

Bookings / Payments : Within option expiry date 50 % deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations and Curtailments by the Client : Once payment is received and a voucher (Booking Confirmation) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:

100 % less than 29 days prior to commencement or during period.

This property is only available for a minimum stay of seven nights. Check-in times are normally from 14:00 to 20:00 hrs and check-out is by 10:00 hrs however should the property not be booked on your departure day, understanding your flight may be in the evening, owner will allow you to stay 'till early afternoon.

Public transport in South Africa is not as well established as foreign visitors may be accustomed to. While this is constantly being improved, make sure that your transport arrangements are taken care of before you travel, to ensure a stress-free holiday!

If you decide to rent a car, there are many car hire companies from whom luxury to budget cars are available for hire. Or consider hiring a camper for a self-drive vacation or "do" South Africa in a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
Remember that vehicles in South Africa are right hand drive and travel on the left hand side of the road. You will require an international drivers license and a minimum of 5 years experience. Public roads in South Africa are well developed and well sign-posted.
