Set on the slopes of Table Mountain, this two bedroom, private penthouse with own s. pool (5 X 2), is on the top level of a beautiful three-levelled villa with gorgeous views in the quiet area of Camps Bay.
The entire Villa offers five spacious en-suite double bedrooms situated on the top two levels with lift access to all floors and can be rented as a 3 bedroom - Upper Tree House with private pool (10 X 4), a 2 bedroom – Upper Tree Penthouse with private pool (5 X 2), or Upper Tree Villa 5 bedroom accommodation with the 2 s. pools.
On two floors, Upper Tree Penthouse has access via a sea view lift which opens directly into the lounge. The interior is beautifully stylish and spacious with modern sea inspired decor. The dining room, kitchen and living room area is all open and flow into each other, opening up onto the large patio offering a dazzling pool and furnished with sofas, and providing exceptional views of the sea, beach and mountains.
The extensive outdoor entertainment areas and viewing terraces are comfortably furnished with sofas, daybeds and loungers for gazing at the blue Atlantic or enjoying a sundowner with friends. The lounge has Satellite Tv and DVD gas fire place for those cool Winter evenings.

Ideally located in a tranquil area of Camps Bay, yet less than 10 minutes walk to the famous beach with its stylish restaurants and bars, and a 10 minute drive to downtown Cape Town and V&A Waterfront. Take an invigorating swim in the large 10X4m pool, a relaxing dip in the 5X2m plunge pool, or work out in the sea facing gym on the property.
Please note that Upper Tree Penthouse is not suitable for children under 6 years of age due to safety issues such as open stairways, deep swimming pool and steep drops from terraces.
Ample garage space for 1 car, monitored electronic security with external beams and cameras.
Housecleaning service 3 days a week included, a Damage / Breakage deposit of Zar 10.000 is requested upon arrival ( all credit cards are accepted ) and refunded on departure provided no damages occur.

This property is only available for a minimum stay of seven nights. Check-in times are normally from 14:00 to 20:00 hrs and check-out is by 10:00 hrs however should the property not be booked on your departure day, understanding your flight may be in the evening, owner will allow you to stay 'till early afternoon.
Public transport in South Africa is not as well established as foreign visitors may be accustomed to. While this is constantly being improved, make sure that your transport arrangements are taken care of before you travel, to ensure a stress-free holiday!
The villa itself is walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants so a car is not essential for the entire stay. Driving is on the left side like in the UK and the roads are in good condition and safe to drive.
If you decide to rent a car, there are many car hire companies from whom luxury to budget cars are available for hire. Or consider hiring a camper for a self-drive vacation or "do" South Africa in a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
Remember that vehicles in South Africa are right hand drive and travel on the left hand side of the road. You will require an international drivers license and a minimum of 5 years experience. Public roads in South Africa are well developed and well sign-posted.
