Luxury Villa Beta, on Bakoven’s beachfront has lovely views from almost every window and is next to Bakoven Beach - literally a few steps away from soft sand in between the toes, ice cream cones, sandcastles and surf. Camps Bay's trendy restaurants, beach and shops are located within walking distance.

Decorated in a beach house style with lots of light wood, blues and creams, Villa Beta is ideal for a family beach holiday. Families will enjoy the communal play area with swings and jungle gyms just outside the Villa, located in the quiet cul de sac.
Open the large glass doors onto the balcony to let in the refreshing sea breeze, and admire the incredible sea views and views of Lion’s Head. Relax in a choice of two lounges, or catch some sun on the spacious upstairs balcony or the garden. Serve social suppers around the dining room table, to which the sea view from the lounge window will add a touch of holiday ambience.

The kitchen has all the necessities including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with either baths or showers. Each bedroom has built-in cupboards, attractive bedside tables with reading lamps and wall-to-wall carpeting.

One parking bay in the private garage, with direct access into the complex, provides further security.
TOP LEVEL: Villa Beta has an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge leading onto the upstairs balcony.
Kitchen – Tucked away behind the dining area. Dining Area – A large round dining table for meal times. Lounge – Lounge with flat screen, satellite TV and glass stackable doors onto the balcony.

There are incredible sea views and views of Lion’s Head.
Main Bedroom – En-suite shower and double bed. There is a door onto the balcony and incredible views of the ocean and Lion’s Head. Bedroom – En-suite shower (which can also double as a guest toilet) and double bed.
LOWER LEVEL: Bar Counter – A wooden bar counter with bar stools and a fridge. Lounge – A flat screen TV, Surround sound and opens onto the covered patio and garden. Bedroom – En-suite with shower in bath and double bed, with a door leading onto the garden. Bedroom – En-suite with shower and twin beds.

OUTSIDE AREAS: Balcony – Open balcony with a dining table, extra chairs and an inbuilt gas braai (barbeque) and weber. There are incredible sea, beach and mountain views. Garden and Patio – There is a covered patio and garden with sun loungers and big shady umbrella, and a private door leading onto the beach. Housecleaning services 3 days a week, excluding weekends and public holidays, a Security deposit is requested upon arrival ( all credit cards are accepted ) and refunded on departure provided no damages occur.
