The Villa can be rented as a 7 bedroom house or as 3 different units: Brosman Luxury Penthouse, the main Luxury Moore apartment, Craig Studio.

The Ground Floor Luxury Moore Apartment has 2 en suite bedrooms, kitchen, spacious lounge and dining room, office/workstation area, pond and expansive outside garden terraces with 12 meter rim-flow pool.
The Separate Craig Studio (also on ground floor) has an en suite bathroom, kitchen, lounge/bedroom and balcony.
The Top Floor Luxury Brosman Penthouse has 3 en suite bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining room and wraparound rim-flow pool.
The basement Studio Apartment is a bachelor pad with its own separate entrance.

Living Areas:
Accented with fine fittings and unique designer furniture pieces, this contemporary space is in tune with its environment. Even without decor this space would never be empty, but rather filled with the all-encompassing view.

Outdoor:
Although conveniently close to the city and everything Cape Town has to offer, this modern retreat promises tranquillity and absolute privacy.
It's a dramatic space of glass, steel, organic textures... and more glass. The calming influence of water is brought into the home with a 12m x 1m Koi pond with a spectacular water feature.
A seamless flow between indoors and out makes the spectacular view feel like an extension of the house.

On a practical note, the house has state-of-the-art specifications throughout. From the security system, to the air-conditioning, the light settings and LCD TV's in every room with access to the media centre, almost everything is controlled at the touch of a button. After all, why should you lift more than a finger on holiday.

Butler and housecleaning services 7 days a week included, a Damage / Breakage deposit of Zar 5.000 is requested upon arrival ( all credit cards are accepted ) and refunded on departure provided no damages occur.

Camps Bay, best sea sides within Cape Town, a trendy village, ten minutes from the centre of one of the world’s most beautiful cities, Cape Town.

Set against the impressive backdrop of the Twelve Apostles mountain range, Camps Bay beach is one of Cape Town’s largest and most beautiful beaches. Perfect for sunbathing and its open flatness means that team activities like Frisbee and social beach volleyball can also be enjoyed by the more active visitors. The sea, due to Camps Bay’s protected position in the bay, is quite calm and good for swimming. At the southern end, you will find a tidal pool. The northern part is great for surfing.
Fine restaurants and funky cocktail bars.A few metres from the beachfront, the distinctive Theatre on the Bay showcases local and international cabaret, drama and musical performances. Enjoy cool walks along the beach front with open views across the Atlantic, Table Mountain and the bay.

This property is only available for a minimum stay of seven nights. Check-in times are normally from 14:00 to 20:00 hrs and check-out is by 10:00 hrs however should the property not be booked on your departure day, understanding your flight may be in the evening, owner will allow you to stay 'till early afternoon.

Public transport in South Africa is not as well established as foreign visitors may be accustomed to. While this is constantly being improved, make sure that your transport arrangements are taken care of before you travel, to ensure a stress-free holiday!

If you decide to rent a car, there are many car hire companies from whom luxury to budget cars are available for hire. Or consider hiring a camper for a self-drive vacation or "do" South Africa in a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
Remember that vehicles in South Africa are right hand drive and travel on the left hand side of the road. You will require an international drivers license and a minimum of 5 years experience. Public roads in South Africa are well developed and well sign-posted.
