The main bedroom offers a double bed and the second bedroom is complimented with two single beds finished off with tasteful linen and bath towels for your convenience. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, bath tub and toilet.

The open plan living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen add to the extensive features provided including full air conditioning/heating, leather lounge suite, LCD TV, full DSTV, daily servicing as well as a double lock up garage. The free-standing self catering villa is proud to be pet friendly, offering a quaint, fenced off garden as well as a Weber Bbq and garden furniture.

Villa Dumela is within a residential estate and perfect for families and their loved ones, or friends. The estate is well known for its wide-open spaces with beautiful areas to cycle or explore on foot.

Facilities for guests on the estate include three swimming pools (each with baby pools), jungle gyms, tennis and squash courts, as well as Bbq facilities on the banks of the dam.

Guests are required to bring swimming towels as one of the three swimming pools on the estate is within close walking distance.

Barbecue - flat screen cable TV in living room - Washing machine - All guests are issued with special pass cards for easy controlled access.

Daily cleaning is included in the cost as well as final cleaning.

Cancellations and Curtailments by the Client : Once payment is received and a voucher (Booking Confirmation) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:

This property is only available for a minimum stay of seven nights. Check-in times are normally from 14:00 to 20:00 hrs and check-out is by 10:00 hrs however should the property not be booked on your departure day, understanding your flight may be in the evening, owner will allow you to stay 'till early afternoon.

Public transport in South Africa is not as well established as foreign visitors may be accustomed to. While this is constantly being improved, make sure that your transport arrangements are taken care of before you travel, to ensure a stress-free holiday!

If you decide to rent a car, there are many car hire companies from whom luxury to budget cars are available for hire. Or consider hiring a camper for a self-drive vacation or "do" South Africa in a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
Remember that vehicles in South Africa are right hand drive and travel on the left hand side of the road. You will require an international drivers license and a minimum of 5 years experience. Public roads in South Africa are well developed and well sign-posted.
