Set in a quiet urbanisation, 15 minutes from Cape Town city centre, close to plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, Milnerton golf course and only 5 minutes from the well renowned Sunset Beach for its white sandy beaches, Villa Georgina is a two storey villa with private beautifully kept indigenous garden and swimming pool.
The villa entrance is from either its double garage / directly into the villa or from the front courtyard and off road car park on to small corridor. A very spacious lounge with open fire place, dining area and fully equipped large open plan chef kitchen and scullery, doors on to the furnished, private garden with swimming pool, Bbq area and children play ground. A large twin bedroom also with doors on to garden, shower room with Wc wash basin.
The tiled stairway leads to the upper level onto a large open corridor with 4 bedrooms - the bright and spacious master bedroom, with views of Table Mountain, has en-suite bath and shower with wc and wash basin. One more double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms all very large, share a full bathroom with bath tub and shower.
Weekly maid service included with change of linen, extra service may be requested at a supplement.

Days can be spent basking in the sun, swimming, wind and kite surfing, golfing or walking along the uninterrupted Sunset Beach - North Coast of Cape Town.
Cape Town City is only 15 mins drive where you can visit the V&A Waterfront, the Two Oceans Aquarium, but don't miss Greenmarket Square (between Short and Long Market street) a favoured and much-loved attraction for many Capetonians. Fantastic opportunity to purchase a wide range of items such as arts and crafts, fabrics, clothing, sandals, jewellery and the like from just about any part of the world, the value for money on these items is also quite incredible making it immensely popular amongst bargain shoppers in particular.
There are two golf Estates nearby : The Milnerton Golf Course 5 Km and Atlantic Beach golf Estate 15 Km.
About 18 Km to the closest Wine Farm and wine tours can be done spontaneously.
Driving distance from the Cape Safari Game Reserve (+ - 100 Km) where you can book a Day Safari and be picked up and dropped back at your premises!
Check in times
This vacation property is available for a minimum stay of seven nights. Check-in times are normally from 14:00 to 20:00 hrs and check-out is by 10:00 hrs however should the property not be booked on your departure day, understanding your flight may be in the evening, owner will allow you to stay 'till early afternoon.
Getting around
Public transport in South Africa is not as well established as foreign visitors may be accustomed to. While this is constantly being improved, make sure that your transport arrangements are taken care of before you travel, to ensure a stress-free holiday!
If you decide to rent a car, there are many car hire companies from whom luxury to budget cars are available for hire. Or consider hiring a camper for a self-drive vacation or "do" South Africa in a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
Remember that vehicles in South Africa are right hand drive and travel on the left hand side of the road. You will require an international drivers license and a minimum of 5 years experience. Public roads in South Africa are well developed and well sign-posted.
