Situated on the banks of the Hartbeespoort river, Villa Jakaranda provides the perfect home base for those looking at moving between Rustenburg, Pretoria and Johannesburg to go and watch the international soccer spectacular play, or those who enjoy Golf the nearest Golf Club is only 4 Km away !

This luxurious semidetached three bedroom holiday home accommodation caters to sleep six people. The impressive main bedroom has a full view of Hartbeespoort Dam, includes access to the upstairs patio and is comfortably furnished with a queen bed and inviting en suite which includes a large corner bath and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, also overlooking the water, with access to the upstairs patio, and the third bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom which has a bath and a shower.

Linen and bath towels are supplied but you are required to bring along your own swimming towels.

The open plan living area is superbly furnished with a leather lounge suite, a guest toilet, LCD TV, full DSTV, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen for self-catering, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The house is fully air conditioned/heated, serviced daily and is complimented with a double electric-door garage which has direct access to the kitchen.

The large patio has a built-in Bbq facility, comfortable patio furniture and offers breathtaking views of Hartbeespoort Dam and the Magaliesburg mountains. Alternative Bbq facilities are available on the banks of the dam within metres of this villa, complete with rolling lawns, making this area ideal for children’s play or a tranquil setting for a romantic picnic.

Villa Jakaranda is within a residential estate and perfect for families and their loved ones, or friends. The estate is well known for its wide-open spaces with beautiful areas to cycle or explore on foot.

Facilities for guests on the estate include three swimming pools (each with baby pools), jungle gyms, tennis and squash courts, as well as Bbq facilities on the banks of the dam.

Barbecue - flat screen cable TV in living room - Dish washer - Washing machine - All guests are issued with special pass cards for easy controlled access.

Daily cleaning is included in the cost as well as final cleaning.

Cancellations and Curtailments by the Client : Once payment is received and a voucher (Booking Confirmation) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:

This property is only available for a minimum stay of seven nights. Check-in times are normally from 14:00 to 20:00 hrs and check-out is by 10:00 hrs however should the property not be booked on your departure day, understanding your flight may be in the evening, owner will allow you to stay 'till early afternoon.

Public transport in South Africa is not as well established as foreign visitors may be accustomed to. While this is constantly being improved, make sure that your transport arrangements are taken care of before you travel, to ensure a stress-free holiday!

If you decide to rent a car, there are many car hire companies from whom luxury to budget cars are available for hire. Or consider hiring a camper for a self-drive vacation or "do" South Africa in a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
Remember that vehicles in South Africa are right hand drive and travel on the left hand side of the road. You will require an international drivers license and a minimum of 5 years experience. Public roads in South Africa are well developed and well sign-posted.
