The second and third bedrooms upstairs are furnished with two single beds in each and share a bathroom. Although classy linen and bathing towels are provided the guest is required to supply swimming towels. The fully-equipped, state of the art kitchen compliments the trendy decor in the open plan living area which offers a leather lounge suite, large LCD TV, full DSTV and delightful dining area.

To make your stay here even more exceptional, this freestanding unit is fully air conditioned/heated, serviced daily and offers secure parking in a double electric-door garage. The built-in Bbq facility and outdoor entertainment area will definitely set the desired ambience for a memorable stay.

Villa Magnolia is within a residential estate and perfect for families and their loved ones, or friends who enjoy taking farm-style breaks without having to travel too far from home. The estate is well known for its wide-open spaces with beautiful areas to cycle or explore on foot.

Facilities for guests on the estate include three swimming pools (each with baby pools), jungle gyms, tennis and squash courts, as well as Bbq facilities on the banks of the dam.

This property is only available for a minimum stay of seven nights. Check-in times are normally from 14:00 to 20:00 hrs and check-out is by 10:00 hrs however should the property not be booked on your departure day, understanding your flight may be in the evening, owner will allow you to stay 'till early afternoon.

Public transport in South Africa is not as well established as foreign visitors may be accustomed to. While this is constantly being improved, make sure that your transport arrangements are taken care of before you travel, to ensure a stress-free holiday!

If you decide to rent a car, there are many car hire companies from whom luxury to budget cars are available for hire. Or consider hiring a camper for a self-drive vacation or "do" South Africa in a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
Remember that vehicles in South Africa are right hand drive and travel on the left hand side of the road. You will require an international drivers license and a minimum of 5 years experience. Public roads in South Africa are well developed and well sign-posted.
