Villa Esta is a luxury and spacious four bedroom Cape Town vacation villa situated in the beautiful coastal suburb of Fresnaye. This villa offers wonderful holiday accommodation with beautiful ocean views., it's luxurious Morroccan-inspired ambience and many comforts provide the perfect setting for your holiday.

Generous spaces and exquisite patio views across the Atlantic Ocean to Robben Island unwind and relax you, while Lion's Head behind the villa provides shelter on windy summer days. The villa provides quick and easy access to the city, Camps Bay, Clifton Beach and the V & A Waterfront, while ensuring peace and tranquility during your holiday.
A zen-inspired intimate garden offers an unexpected tranquil enclave. It is complete with a bamboo water feature, lush ferns, bamboo plants and built-in bench with thick soft cushions, invites you to lie back with a book for a peaceful, quiet, cool rest

Accommodation : The large open-plan lounge, with fireplace and comfortable seating, dining area and open-plan kitchen create a sense of flow and space with double sliding doors to the large outside terrace.
This terrace is an outstanding feature of Villa Esta. It offers an undercover, beautifully decorated seating area on one side and dining and barbeque facilities on the other, with a raised saltwater pool offering sparkling views over the ocean, sun loungers for that perfect tan. Sunsets enjoyed on this terrace, sundowners in hand, with sparkling lights as far as the eye can see, will be a highlight of your holiday.

Four luxurious, spacious bedrooms, with pristine en-suite bathrooms, TVs and air conditioners/heaters. The main bedroom has a walk-in dressing room, an en-suite jacuzzi bath and steamroom, with views, and a king-size, extra length bed, a lounge corner and it opens onto a private terrace with spectacular views. The massive sliding doors ensure that the view is always with you.
All bedrooms are well appointed, with TVs, private terraces, views, crisp, percale white linen and luxurious towels of highest quality.

Housecleaning services from Monday to Friday included, a Damage / Breakage deposit of Zar 5.000 is requested in cash ( any Currency ) only upon arrival and refunded on departure provided no damages occur.

Bookings / Payments : Within option expiry date 50 % deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations and Curtailments by the Client : Once payment is received and a voucher (Booking Confirmation) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:

50 % From date of confirmation, up to 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
100 % less than 29 days prior to commencement or during period.

Check in times

This property is only available for a minimum stay of seven nights. Check-in times are normally from 14:00 to 20:00 hrs and check-out is by 10:00 hrs however should the property not be booked on your departure day, understanding your flight may be in the evening, owner will allow you to stay 'till early afternoon.

Getting around

Public transport in South Africa is not as well established as foreign visitors may be accustomed to. While this is constantly being improved, make sure that your transport arrangements are taken care of before you travel, to ensure a stress-free holiday!

If you decide to rent a car, there are many car hire companies from whom luxury to budget cars are available for hire. Or consider hiring a camper for a self-drive vacation or "do" South Africa in a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
Remember that vehicles in South Africa are right hand drive and travel on the left hand side of the road. You will require an international drivers license and a minimum of 5 years experience. Public roads in South Africa are well developed and well sign-posted.
