Luxury self catering accommodation Virginia stands right on the Bloubergstrand's rocks with the best view of Table Mountain and Robben Island that you can find in Cape Town.
It is a 480 sqm 7 bedroom self catering luxury holiday villa and both from the bedrooms and terraces the vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean stretches before you and when looking closely in front you might even see whales in the bay.

Accommodation : On the ground floor are two large lounges, a dining table for 12 people, a breakfast table that sits 8 plus a kitchen and a small kitchenette for breakfast to make your stay extremely comfortable with all the facilities you can expect of five star accommodation: two poster refrigerator, ice maker machine, two microwaves, an electric oven .... and so on.
The right hand side lounge has a 42" flat screen TV with the sound system having amplifiers in all the ground floor. Both lounges have air conditioning and fire places.
A fully equipped separate utility room, 2 guest toilets and 2 double garages.

The furniture is of an outstanding level and the area spacious enough to easily entertain 20-30 guests. It is the perfect entertainment house!! Plenty of outdoor space with 3 furnished decks with 2 built-in bbq gives you the opportunity to fit all your friends in the most spectacular house that you have ever seen.

On the first floor are 7 bedrooms (3 of them en-suite), (5 double and 2 single) plus two other bathrooms can easily host 12 people. All the rooms are furnished with the best that you can find in South Africa with plenty of cupboards. Five bedrooms open onto big decks looking at the sea, where you can lie in the sun or watch for whales or dolphins. At the top of the house there is another studio with a 42" TV with DSTV (satellite) and two couches that can sleep another 2 people.

Days can be spent basking in the sun, swimming, wind and kite surfing, or walking along the uninterrupted beach of Bloubergstrand - Cape Town North Coast .

There are two golf Estates nearby : The Milnerton Golf Course 14 Km and Atlantic Beach golf Estate 10 Km.

About 18 Km to the closest Wine Farm and wine tours can be done spontaneously.
Driving distance from the Cape Safari Game Reserve ( + - 90 Km ) where you can book a Day Safari and be picked up and dropped back at your premises !

Bookings / Payments : Within option expiry date 50 % deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations and Curtailments by the Client : Once payment is received and a voucher (Booking Confirmation) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:

50 % From date of confirmation, up to 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
100 % less than 29 days prior to commencement or during period.

Check in times

This property is only available for a minimum stay of seven nights. Check-in times are normally from 14:00 to 20:00 hrs and check-out is by 10:00 hrs however should the property not be booked on your departure day, understanding your flight may be in the evening, owner will allow you to stay 'till early afternoon.

Getting around

Public transport in South Africa is not as well established as foreign visitors may be accustomed to. While this is constantly being improved, make sure that your transport arrangements are taken care of before you travel, to ensure a stress-free holiday!

If you decide to rent a car, there are many car hire companies from whom luxury to budget cars are available for hire. Or consider hiring a camper for a self-drive vacation or "do" South Africa in a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
Remember that vehicles in South Africa are right hand drive and travel on the left hand side of the road. You will require an international drivers license and a minimum of 5 years experience. Public roads in South Africa are well developed and well sign-posted.
