8) NUMBER OF PERSONS / SUBSTITUTIONS
Only those
persons stipulated on the booking form may use the property. The number of
persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping
places indicated in the property information except in the case of infants
(less than 2 years old) for whom the client brings a travelling cot and
the necessary linen.
Exceptions are stated in the property description. Any substitution during
the letting period is forbidden if not previously agreed upon.
9) EXTERNAL MAINTENANCE
The owner or his
representative have, if necessary, free access to the property for
essential maintenance purposes (garden, swimming pool, etc.).
10) MODIFICATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES
In the event of
cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the
following penalties must be paid:

VILLAS AND APARTMENTS :
30 % From date of confirmation, up to 45 days prior to rental commencement
period.
50 % 44 – 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
90 % 29 – 07 days prior to rental commencement period.
100 % less than 7 days prior to commencement or during period.

GUEST HOUSES B & B HOTELS :
28 to 15 days prior arrival : 30%.
14 to 7 days prior arrival : 50%.
6 to 0 days prior arrival : 100%.
No shows – on day booked : 100 % ‘no show’ fee will be charged.
