CHC Ltd terms and conditions
1) LETTING
Bookings are made as agents for the owner of the property at the prices quoted by C.H.C. LTD. The prices are based on current market conditions and exchange rates. The services of C.H.C. LTD., are exclusively those written down on the present contract.

2) WHERE AND HOW TO BOOK
Bookings can be made through creativeholiday.com, calling the telephone number indicated on the web site, or sending a written request to Creative Holiday Company Ltd .

3) PAYMENTS AND RENTAL VOUCHER
  • As soon as the holiday-maker receives the written booking confirmation, he/she must pay a deposit of 30% of the total letting price. Booking is made definitive only after the deposit payment.
     
  • The rental voucher will be sent to the holiday-maker after receipt of the payment of the balance which must arrive at least 60 days before the beginning of the letting period. For bookings made less than 60 days before arrival the client must pay immediately the whole amount.

4) MINIMUM LETTING PERIOD AND PRICES
The minimum letting period is generally three days, however in high Season October to February some properties must be rented on a minimum 7 nights stay. The letting prices quoted are per day and per lodging.

5) ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

  • Arrival: C.H.C. Ltd must be notified of approx. arrival time.
    Departure: On previous day of departure the holiday maker must please inform the key holder or owner of approx. time of departure / check-out.
     
  • Every change of arrival date and arrival time must be communicated to Creative Holiday Company ltd., and be approved by C.H.C. LTD., at least 7 days in advance. In case of unavoidable delay on the arrival day, the holiday-maker must call the C.H.C. Ltd Key holder .
     
  • In the event that the owner cannot be found or if the client fails to arrive within the time period stipulated and has not communicated his delay, the owner, his representative, C.H.C. LTD decline all responsibility.
